Reservation and Arrival

We recommend all spa treatments be booked in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete personal information concerning skin care and medical conditions.

Late Arrivals

Sometimes circumstances prevent a guest from arriving on time.  Please keep in mind that arriving late affects the Spa's daily scheduling. In order to provide our guests full services, you may be asked to reschedule or shorten your appointment.

Cancellation Policy 

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value all of our clients' business and ask if you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Spa Packages

When scheduling spa packages, please allow 2-3 weeks advance notice.
